Digitally Savvy – Comfortable leveraging digital tools for sales and marketing.

Additional Requirements:

-Experience Level: Mid-career
-Willingness to Travel – Flexible to meet business needs.

What You’ll Do

-Set the Vision & Strategy – Define and execute a winning strategy, including digital transformation.
-Drive Product Innovation – Develop a competitive product portfolio and value propositions
-Optimize Profitability – Conduct spend analysis and implement action plans to increase EBITA.
-Expand Market Opportunities – Collaborate with manufacturers and distributors to identify and launch new products & services, including robotics.
-Set & Achieve Sales Targets – Develop annual sales goals and ensure strong execution.
-Implement Sales Governance – Introduce balance sheet thinking as a key lever for growth.
-Foster a Winning Mentality – Create a high-performance sales culture driven by ambition and results.
